The hotel is conveniently located near two subway stations, making it very easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious enough and the bathroom is clean. The staff is polite and knowledgeable, providing good service. The breakfast, although a bit monotonous, is not bad. the hotel overlooks a popular stream, offering a pleasant view from the rooms.
The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the lobby, could be improved.

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of the room and the service provided. The attention to detail was evident, with basic amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. Additionally, the location of the hotel in the center of the city was perfect - it was close to tourist spots and within walking distance to popular areas like Myeongdong and Insadong. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a nice view from the window. The bathroom, complete with a bath, was cleaned everyday.
There was nothing that I believe could be improved. Everything was satisfactory.

Great location, walking distance to major palaces and subway stations. Easy airport transfer. Plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Smooth check-in and check-out process. Good views from 11th floor room. Window can be opened, which is a plus. Room in good condition with all necessary amenities. Comfortable bed and good soundproofing. Reliable wifi.

Friendly and accommodating staff were great too assist us during our late arrival. The hotel's location near a train exit and taxi stands made transportation convenient. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, perfect for a family of four. The hotel was also centrally located, with many attractions within walking distance.

We loved the location of this hotel. It was conveniently situated close to both Myeongdong shopping area and the Jongno Sam-ga bus stop, easy for us to explore the city. Being next to the Cheonggyecheon river was a definite bonus, adding a beautiful touch to our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a fine view of the city. We appreciated the small touches like the daily fresh water and the convenience of having a fridge and coffee-making facilities. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
